Jennifer Brown founded Jennifer Brown Consulting (JBC), a New York City-based workplace consulting firm dedicated to helping talent at all levels redefine leadership in challenging economic times. Through expert facilitation, coaching, workshops, and seminars, JBC empowered talent networks to become business pipelines and innovation engines, and helped individuals at all levels create environments that resonated with employees, clients, and customers alike.

During its active years, JBC partnered with clients across industries including financial services, media, manufacturing, technology, retail, and non-profit. Notable clients included American Express, Booz Allen Hamilton, Credit Suisse, The New York Times, Working Mother Media/Diversity Best Practices, UBS, Fortis, Cisco, BASF, Ernst & Young, ESPN, Chubb, and many others.

JBC was also known as a pioneering resource for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups, offering one of the first professional development product lines tailored to these communities. Clients in this space included Booz Allen Hamilton and State Farm. JBC served as a preferred consulting partner with the creators of Diversity Best Practices’ Network and Affinity Group Leadership Congress (NALC), the leading ERG forum at the time.
