By combining structured assessments, portfolio-like submissions, and lightweight workflows for recruiters, JobFit helped both sides move faster and make better decisions.

As the market shifted and AI breakthroughs emerged, the original JobFit concept evolved into something bigger: using AI to understand a person’s strengths, translate their experiences into practical proof, and help them tell their story in a way that unlocks far more opportunities.
