Founded in 1984, the firm was created to provide general Civil and Municipal Engineering services to the Northern Utah area. The firm started with services to the City of North Ogden and soon thereafter began to add additional municipalities in response to the firm’s reputation. The firm has focused on providing honest and skilled services and has tried to maintain a low-overhead business model through minimal marketing. Jones & Associates serves as the appointed engineer for 16 municipalities, one improvement district, and one county. The firm also provides services to other municipalities, school districts, service districts, counties, and the State of Utah on a project by project basis. The firm has worked diligently in the northern Utah area for the past 30+ years in an effort to provide specialized engineering services tailored to local governments and service districts. Years of experience and qualified personnel have provided many local clients with long term dedicated service. Our staff has years of valuable experience in evaluating the unique needs of local governments and finding creative solutions to difficult problems. The capability of the firm allows total project management from initial conceptual planning through design, bidding, and construction management.
