*Product Partnerships — Product partnering or licensing arrangements that provide resources and do not dilute the ownership stake held by existing shareholders

*Mergers and Acquisitions — Purchases, sales, and strategic combinations of corporate entities

*Private Placements and Public Underwritings — private financings including private investments, private investment in public equity (PIPEs) and registered direct offerings (RDOs); public underwritings – including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings and confidentially marketed public offerings (CMPOs) are provided through our exclusive partnership with Noble Life Science Partners, a division of Noble Financial Capital Markets with a history of successful financing transactions. Noble Life Science Partners also provides private funding on a principal basis through its merchant banking activities.
