Established in 1978 by Joseph T. (Tommy) Spinosa, JTS is a real estate investment, development, and management company headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. JTS and its affiliates currently own and manage eleven office properties, five multi-family properties, one mixed-use development, and several other developments in the design and planning phases.

The JTS staff includes approximately sixty-five employees whose skills include asset management, acquisition and development analysis and construction. The JTS organization is committed to continuing training of its employees with the skills and capabilities necessary to enhance the value of its real estate assets. At JTS, there is a focus on entrepreneurship, creative thinking, achievement and the bottom line.
