Kadan is a state licensed home care provider with highly screened and qualified caregivers. All of our caregivers are required to complete a multi-day onsite orientation to evaluate their knowledge and skill level, along with ongoing annual training and surprise onsite evaluations. Our caregivers are bonded and insured employees (not independent contractors) and each one is fully covered by worker's compensation insurance. Kadan is a proud Drug Free Workplace.
