KAI was founded in 1995 by Namer Kaim, AIA, with the goal of providing personal and qualified architectural services to Houston area healthcare clients. Since its inception, and over the ensuing years, the firm has expanded services across Texas on projects that range from clinic build-outs to major medical buildings.
Changing economic times and advances in technology mandate that capital improvement projects be managed by professionals educated in these areas.
