Kaiser Whitney is  a full service, family owned and operated employment agency that has been supplying staffing services to Fortune 500 companies, state agencies, non profits, universities, private companies and other family owned operations since 1978. We have been voted “Best Employment Agency” in New Haven the last 10 years in a row and were also a finalist for “Connecticut Family Business of the Year.”

Our office has three main divisions. The first is the Administrative and Clerical Division that provides office support staff – everything from a part time receptionists for small offices and executive assistants to CEO’s of fortune 500 companies. We also have a Legal Staffing Division that recruits paralegals, legal support staff and attorneys to Connecticut law firms and various state agencies. The third division is our Professional Search Division that places accountants, sales and marketing professionals, HR staff, transportation and logistics people as well as a variety of other technical (engineers and information technology) specialists in a diverse array of positions in Connecticut and across the country.

We used to be part of a national franchise system of personnel offices and went independent in 2003. We have the tools, training and resources of the big national firms, but we also (and more importantly) have the customer service, support and follow through of a true “mom and pop shop” – the best of both worlds.
