Driven by a common passion for sailing, a team of engineers and naval architects associated with manufacturers have created Karver Systems. A few years later, Karver has been improving sailboat performance at both Grand Prix and recreational levels outfitting every day sailors from Optimists to Superyachts. Located in Honfleur (Normandy, France), the company earned its credits supplying Code sail furlers, locking systems and lashing blocks to round the world solo racers, Volvo VOR70 teams, ORMA Trimaran in addition to America’s Cup Syndicates. Within a few years, Karver has been involved in many sailing victories including the 33rd America’s Cup, 2008 Volvo Ocean Race, IMOCA 60 Barcelona World Race 2011, and several Mini Transat. In 2009, the Maxi Trimaran Banque Populaire V sets a new Atlantic Sailing Record in 3 days, 15 hours, 25 mn and 48 second at average speed of 32.94 knots, with Karver solutions onboard. Throughout the years, Karver applied its experience gained in supplying racing gear to Superyacht and cruising boats making sailing safer and easier.
