Kasco was incorporated in 1989. We are a General Contractor / Construction Management firm specializing in healthcare and institutional work. We’ve grown steadily over the last 25 years because we’re committed to client satisfaction. To achieve that we continuously provide quality services and invest in superior personnel.

We are one of the few premier healthcare contractors operating in Southeastern Michigan. Kasco currently provides construction management services for the following prestigious healthcare providers: Henry Ford Health System, Beaumont Hospital, The University of Michigan Hospitals, St. John Health System, St. Joseph Mercy Health System, Oakwood Health System, and many others.

Kasco’s current staff is in excess of 60 employees. All of our highly-trained employees are key to our success. Our professionals include former consulting engineers, specialty trade constructors, and institutional facility managers. Our field personnel have received the latest safety training and we maintain staff with LEED certification.
