Keener Management was founded in 1984 to manage the rental apartment properties developed by Keener-Squire Properties. By focusing on managing buildings it owns, Keener Management provides its residents with the very best in customer service and accountability.

Keener Management currently manages over 2,000 apartments in 16 buildings, ranging in size from 19 apartments to 304 apartments.
