For over the last 30 years our guest have had one thing to say about eating at Keith's Hamburger Station, when they are finished they are satisfied.  Keith's serves world famous steakfingers and chicken strips has been voted best steakfingers and chicken fried steaks for the last 10 years.  

Beyond the restaurant, Keith's offers an expanded catering menu.  We can cater as far as 100 miles outside of the Odessa city limits. Some of our clients use us to cater their lunch staff meetings, evening office parties, safety meetings, rehearsal dinners, and even on location (oil field) job sites. Generally our clients like us to do chicken fried steaks or chicken strips & steakfingers. All catering menu items include: gravy, 2 sides, bread, tea, plates, plastic-wear & napkins, and serving tables. We generally set up buffet style and let those eating serve themselves. 

We have a 25 headcount minimum for catering @ $14.95 per person, plus tax, 18% gratuity & $1.50/mile round trip for locations outside of the midland/odessa area. 

We also have other items available like hamburgers as well as other items that are not on our traditional restaurant menu including: roast beef, pork chops, king ranch chicken (mexican chicken casserole), to name a few.
