Kev’s Gym is a health and fitness company on a mission to inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to live happier, healthier lives. We do this through fun, educational, and welcoming fitness experiences.

To fulfill this mission, we offer four core services: Senior Fitness Classes, Kev’s Companions, In-Home Personal Training, and Corporate Wellness.

Senior Fitness – We bring chair yoga and seated exercise classes directly to seniors in independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, health and rehabilitation facilities, 55+ retirement communities, senior centers, and country clubs across the U.S.

Kev’s Companions – Our professional, compassionate fitness and yoga instructors provide in-home personal training and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain independence and enjoy longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.

In-Home Personal Training – We bring fitness to you—at your home, virtually via Zoom, or outdoors. Sessions cover all aspects of wellness, including cardio, strength training, flexibility, nutrition, meditation, breathing techniques, and positive mindset training.

Corporate Wellness – Energize your team and enhance your workplace culture with our on-site wellness programs, including Yoga, Tai Chi, and Zumba/Dance Fitness. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, boost focus, foster team bonding, and elevate employee well-being—creating a happier, healthier, and more productive workplace.
