King Faisal University was founded in 1975 (1395H) by royal decree with main campus in the city of Hofuf in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. The university was inaugurated by the late King Faisal Bin Abdulaziz. KFU is one of the oldest and admirable higher education and research public university in the nation. In addition to main stream education, KFU offers e-Learning and distance education. The number of enrollment in the e-learning programs is around 42500 students and growing.
