For six generations and over 130 years, the Kinley family has owned industrial businesses. The history started in 1895 when first generation Adam Kinley started Kinley and Sons, a leather tannery factory in western New York. He then invested in a timber business (which still exists today). At that time, tree bark improved leather durability. He then discovered oil/gas interests on his timber land during the oil boom in the area. This led to starting Kinley Oil Company in 1911, which has ultimately evolved to today's Kinley Construction. Kinley is a premier company which builds, services and maintains industrial facilities nationwide.
