The co-founders of Kiradjieff & Goode, Inc., Chip Goode and Laura Kiradjieff Goode are recognized as two of the country’s leading retained executive search practitioners. Focusing on building companies and developing long-term client partnerships, Chip oversees the development and consistent successful closure of client engagements. Laura is actively involved with leading the successful execution of our search engagements. She also plays a key role in our team’s ongoing quality metrics, professional improvement, and client retention. Together with their experienced partners Teresa Arent and Sue Pardus, they have developed a specialty in helping clients develop and execute successful strategies for growth, acquisition, diversification, or reorganization. Each team member brings many years of recruiting experience and is able to draw upon the lessons learned from hundreds of successes and failures experienced by the firm’s clients and candidates.
