Kirtley-Cole Associates is a full service general contractor providing construction services throughout the Puget Sound.  We have more than 40 years of experience in all types of construction, from large-scale new construction to tenant improvements and small renovations.

Our company was founded in 1973 with a commitment to never compromise in delivering superior construction services. We have not wavered from this commitment. Our attention to detail at every stage of the preconstruction and construction process is what differentiates us from our competitors.
