KISCO - Creating Colors and Chemical Solutions

Kyung-In Synthetic Corporation (KISCO) is a large-scale developer and manufacturer of dyes, inks, fine chemicals and other functional materials that has been operating for over 50 years. KISCO has 3 subsidiaries, JMC, DKC and Wisechem that together make up the KISCO group. The combined KISCO group has a market capitalisation of around $US350M and had sales of over $US300M in 2022. The group employs almost 1000 staff at 8 manufacturing plants in South Korea as well as one in Turkey. We have over 80 R&D staff and are supported by representatives and agents in over 60 different countries.

KISCO has over 50 years of experience in the development and production of chemicals for textiles including reactive, disperse and acid dyes as well as optical brightening agents.

With years of technical knowhow and experience in the manufacture of textile colorants and electronic materials, KISCO has now developed and produced digital printing inks in order to meet increasing market demand. This is the PAPIJET series of water based inks for digital textile and UV printing.

Through JMC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, KISCO is a global-scale manufacturer of saccharin. Saccharin is a safe, artificial sweetener that enables a drastic reduction in sugar content. JMC supplies the world's highest quality saccharin to some of the world’s largest quality-oriented, multinational food and medicine producers. JMC also produces sulfur-based chemicals for electronics and is a large-scale manufacturer of graphene-based materials.

The KISCO group also includes two joint ventures, both based in Incheon. Wisechem produces high-end pigments for displays and inkjet printing. DKC produces photo initiators for high precision electronics lithography.
