Klein Engineering is a professional services corporation (PSC) established in San Juan, Puerto Rico, since January, 2007, and operating in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2014. The firm specializes in transportation and infrastructure safety engineering, serving public and private clients. Our team is dedicated to providing complete engineering solutions and construction management services of the highest professional level, satisfying our customer's needs, and promoting planned and sustainable development in equilibrium with the conservation of our environment's natural patrimony.

Klein Engineering, PSC is a small, minority-owned business, certified under the U.S. Small Business Administration's Section 8(a) Program. Our firm is DBE-certified in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Washington, DC, and the State of Maryland.  We are also certified as a Local DBE (LDBE) firm by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), and as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) of Washington, DC, and the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT).
