As both a General Contractor and a Carpentry Contractor, KCI has been serving the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region for nearly 25 years.

Working in Chicago has showcased our versatility and ability to adapt to the demands of building requirements, owner requests and city requirements.  Our projects have varied from data centers to delicatessens.  Our clients and projects have included the CME Group building critical facilities, Lettuce Entertain You and the Rosenthal Group, as well as building new restaurant chains such as Wow Bao, Corner Bakery, Sopraffina and Poag Mahone’s; all quite often at the same time.  All projects large and small receive the same level of respect and attention.  We are not in business to develop a long list of clients.  We seek to build relationships with our clients that foster repeat business based on our outstanding performance and service.
