Kraft Healthcare Consulting, LLC, an affiliate of KraftCPAs, PLLC, was founded in 2009 as a collaboration between KraftCPAs, PLLC and Scott R. Mertie.  Based in Nashville, with satellite offices in Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, and Germany, KHC provides reimbursement, compliance and operational advisory services to hospitals, nursing homes, and other types of healthcare providers in nearly 40 states.

KHC's advisory services include preparing/reviewing Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, Charge Description Master (CDM) analysis, coding & documentation reviews, and other reimbursement, operational, and compliance services.  In addition, Members at KHC offer clients audit, tax, accounting and transactional advisory services, as well as working with attorneys on providing expert reports for litigation matters. 

KHC is an active member of the Nashville Health Care Council and was recently named by Business Leaders Magazine as one of the top small businesses in the Southeast.  Employees and/or Owners of KHC are actively involved in the Health Care Financial Management Association, Leadership Health Care, American Health Lawyers Association, Medical Group Managers Association, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
