Kramer Investment Corporation, a rental and real estate leader on the California North Coast KIC began in 1985 with its first apartment complex near Humboldt State University. Our goal was to fulfill the need of HSU students by providing affordable, energy efficient, safe, clean, livable rental properties in Arcata. We continued to build our ‘energy efficient’ student apartments and today own and manage close to 200 rental units in Arcata.
