Kuafu Properties LLC is a privately held, fully integrated real estate development and investment company based in New York City. Kuafu was established with the vision of being the ultimate bridge between Chinese and other Asian investors to the overseas real estate market in the United States. This bridge has been established by building a team of local market experts (investment, development, real estate services) based in New York who have a deep understanding of the U.S. real estate markets with a specific emphasis on New York City, and strong ties to Asian investors who understand New York and seek real estate exposure through Kuafu Properties.

Our focus is on creating high quality mixed use projects which are rich in detail and originality.  Kuafu is partnering with world-class award winning architects and contractors to implement this vision.  Kuafu team members have extensive expertise in large-scale master planned projects and mixed-use urban developments including hotel, retail, office and high-end residential. Kuafu’s vision is to be one of the premier real estate owner/developers in New York City, measured not only in terms of number of projects we develop, but rather the quality of our projects and the exceptional returns our value add approach can deliver to investors.

Kuafu Properties was co-founded by Mr. Zengliang Shan and Mr. Shang Dai to leverage their extensive business relationships in China and the United States.
