KYOCERA UNIMERCO is a global manufacturer, distributor and service provider. The group consists of a Tooling division, focusing on optimization guidance and sale of tooling solutions for machining as well as measuring and inspection equipment for the manufacturing industry, and a Fastening division, supplying a wide range of primarily framing nailers, anchor nailers, finish nailers and staplers as well as accessories and fasteners for the construction industry.

The group was founded in Denmark in 1964 and originally named UNIMERCO. In 2011, all activities were acquired by Japan-based KYOCERA. This has created an even stronger company with a larger range of products, a wide network of companies and distributors all over the world, and an ambitious growth plan.
