Lacas Coffee is one of the nation's oldest independent coffee roasters. Since 1921 we have been selecting and importing only the highest quality new crop Arabica beans from family owned plantations throughout the world’s coffee growing regions. Our Original Blends, Specialty, Organic, and Fair Trade coffees are custom roasted at our state of the art facility and delivered fresh to demanding distributors, restaurants, hotels, specialty coffee shops and retailers through a network of regional and national distributors in a variety of channels. In 2013, Lacas Coffee acquired Dallis Bros. Coffee and Gramercy Park Coffee brands. These specialty coffee brands allow us to widen our scope of product offerings. Our veteran staff remains committed to one enduring principle - each cup of Lacas coffee must be as good as it was in our tasting room. We continue to personally inspect and sample every batch of coffee beans we import and we select only those beans which meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. We are our own lead cuppers and roasters, employing old-world talents refined over generations in the coffee business. Our meticulous selection and production processes ensure a quality and consistency unmatched in our industry.
