Land Design & Development is a multi-disciplinary firm located in Louisville, Kentucky.  LD&D provides land planning, surveying, and engineering services for commercial, municipal buildings, utility, green infrastructure, residential developments, industrial developments and transportation projects.  The diversity of professional experience that LD&D offers provides the company with the versatility to satisfy our clients' needs on a multitude of projects with varying scale and scope.
Founded in 1996, we have guided our client's projects through the design and permitting process, assisted during construction by providing construction oversight and completed the projects by preparing as-built drawings and other documents to release requirements for bonds and/or permits.
At LD&D we maintain a high standard of quality, and approach the design of each project with not only function, balance and spatial planning in mind, but also the feasibility of a plan's implementation.
