An online legal information service for private residential landlords and tenants in England and Wales UK.  Includes information (FAQ and tips), plain English style tenancy agreements, forms, and a weekly email bulletin.  

Members can use our fixed fee advice services but the main benefit of the site is that it help landlords to do things themselves and save fee.
