Landmark7 (LM7) is a virtual professional recruitment firm based on a crowd-sourcing model.
 
At LM7 we recognize that there are thousands of companies in the U.S. in need of recruiting, but not nearly enough recruiters to staff them. Companies are simply too numerous to attract and hire the best recruiting talent and often struggle with the limitations and cost structure of outside recruiting agencies. To address this issue, we founded LM7 to provide a "one-to-many" virtual team of experts which most companies would not have the ability to hire directly.

Our unique model leverages a large referral network of America's top recruiters from a broad swath of specialized industries. Since most of our recruiters are currently employed at many Fortune 500 corporations, we source candidates by a private referral system within our network community, and we don't list most employees publicly. Our deep entrenchment in the national market allows us to find and present vetted, high-profile talent for key job openings without the need to charge hiring companies a heavy finders-fee.
