Lashley & Associates is a manufacturer's representative, as well as a distributor for major manufacturing companies serving the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry.

Lashley & Associates was established in 1947 by Walter Lashley. Throughout the years, outstanding leadership and service led to stable, conservative growth and financial strength. 

The Company remained family owned and operated by his son Brian Lashley, until late 2005. In September of 2005, Brian Lashley and Randal Sutton, the owner of Sutton Group, Inc., a competing rival firm, saw the potential by merging two successful operations together. The end result was the power of ONE organization that commanded a robust warehouse trade and had a significant presence within the design and the plan and spec community.

For nearly seven decades, we have followed the same principles which were inspired by our founder. Therefore we continue our mission, to provide products to the HVAC industry at a fair price that reflect both quality and the value added service we provide, while maintaining profitability to fund continued growth.
