In 2002, Leaders For Today set out with a passion and mission to provide interim management staffing to hospitals. Over the years, we have been able to partner with a broad spectrum of healthcare organizations and added a permanent search capability. We are now positioned to recruit and place either interim or permanent leaders—from managers and directors, to vice presidents and c-suite. At Leaders For Today, our priority is to build strong relationships and advocate for our leaders and clients. We work as an extension of the hospitals to assist in finding the right healthcare leader at the right time, giving them the opportunity to deliver outstanding patient experiences and outcomes.

In 2018, Leaders For Today joined the AMN Healthcare family, expanding not only our team, but also providing more efficient services and growing our candidate and client networks. This acquisition allowed Leaders For Today to gain strong partnerships in the industry alongside sister companies like B.E. Smith, Merritt Hawkins, Phillips DiPisa and many others. In 2019, we had the privilege of combining forces with The First String Healthcare to collaborate strongly and closely to increase efficiencies and opportunities for even more healthcare leaders.
