Throughout the years we’ve expanded our efforts to include a Real Estate firm LBC Realty and a loan modification company that operates under a name of Save Home USA. Lending Bee, Inc. and its subsidiaries is the leading provider of real estate related services in California. Among our staff of qualified real estate and loan specialists are licensed real estate agents, underwriters, loan processors and escrow officers. We also provide credit repair services through our on-staff attorney. We have also ventured into commercial real estate sales and financing, as well as property management.
