Founded in 2010 by Beau Lavine, a chocolatier with 30 years of experience, to bring international chocolate techniques, recipes and artistry to the United States, today Les Beaux Chocolats chocolates appeal to gourmet food lovers worldwide. Our premium gourmet chocolates are made in house from scratch daily using all natural ingredients at our Los Angeles chocolate factory. Les Beaux Chocolats has a simple philosophy: Our delicious artisan chocolate confections and chocolate truffles are handmade using the freshest and purest ingredients. Everything is made from scratch, using no artificial additives or preservatives. We use only the world's best ingredients, including raspberries from the Willamette Valley in Oregon, matcha green tea from a family farm in Japan, and saffron in our curry coconut truffle. Each one of our handcrafted chocolate confections is guaranteed to please the palate of the most discriminating chocolate connoisseur. Our factory is peanut free and gluten free so that everyone can enjoy our gourmet chocolate confections. Les Beaux Chocolats’ unique chocolates include a complete vegan line and every product is certified kosher.
