We’ve gone from 1 store and 1 employee, to more than 500 stores and over 7,000 employees today.  Our secret?  Success is a two-way street. Our employees deliver World Class Customer Service.  In return, we provide them with generous bonus and benefit programs--to be specific, we share half the profit of each store directly with those who work there.
