St. Lawrence Gas Company, Inc. (Enbridge St. Lawrence Gas), a wholly owned subsidiary of Enbridge Gas Distribution, was incorporated in Massena, NY in 1957 and began delivering natural gas service in 1962 to towns and villages in St. Lawrence County. The company is a regulated New York State natural gas distribution company which currently employs 50 people and has grown to serve 14,000 residential customers and 1,700 commercial and industrial customers and has expanded into Lewis County and most recently into Franklin County. In 2014, the company sold 2.7 Bcf of gas and transported 4.6 Bcf of gas.
