LinGate has been serving the hospitality industry since 1986 with quality developments, investments, and management. LinGate’s corporate office is located in Owensboro, KY.

The company began with a single property Tennessee and quickly grew into franchising multiple properties with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG (Holiday Inn) brands. Founder and CEO, Glenn Higdon created LinGate with a strong business structure and the thoughtfulness of customer service in mind.

LinGate has developed and/or acquired and managed over 30 hotel properties; including over 20 ground-up developments. LinGate hotels are in Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
