Longevity Studios™ is a health and wellness company headquartered in La Plata, Maryland, providing training, services and education that help individuals, groups and businesses realize their full potential.

We're not a typical walk-in gym. Our services are offered by appointment in La Plata, MD - either at our Studio or by our Personal Trainers at World Gym.

We offer a range of health, fitness and wellness services, including assessments, personal and partnered training, corporate wellness programs, nutritional advice, wellness testing and consultations, and educational health and fitness events.

We employ experienced Human Performance Consultants who draw from their varied educational backgrounds and experiences to deliver customized services for each client.
