About Long's:
Long’s was established in 1948 by Tom Long as a personnel service, providing job opportunities for people within our community and assisting area businesses with personnel needs. Three generations later this locally-owned family business has evolved into a full-service human resource organization providing temporary, contract and permanent employment in clerical, industrial, professional and technical areas as well as outplacement services. We have weathered many storms in the last 65 years in business and our knowledgeable, professional staff is able to adapt quickly to our continually changing economic environment. The Mobile office was established in 1948 and the Foley office was established in 1986. Long’s is a member of TempNet, Alabama Staffing Association, Mobile Chamber, Saraland Chamber, South Baldwin Chamber, Eastern Shore Chamber, Coastal Chamber, and Partners for Environmental Progress. Long’s owners and leadership team serve on the boards of several of these organizations.
