Longview Search Alliance is a boutique search firm with a national reach. We specialize in locating and delivering impact players across a variety of disciplines including Accounting, Finance and Human Resources.

Longview was created to reform the Recruiting Industry. For too long has the industry’s reputation suffered, for various reasons, but almost always coming down to a lack of transparency and trust between parties (“Headhunters are just sales people, after all”). Our firm was built on a foundation of transparency and candor in the recruiting process, with the intent to DISRUPT the industry. We take the “Longview” in our professional relationships. We are aboveboard, and will discuss the positives AND negatives of each candidate and client as a true consultant should. You will get the good with the bad; you will know where you stand. Our clients and candidates wouldn’t keep coming back to us otherwise, and it is this loyalty that has led to our success. The simple truth is, the “Golden Rule” approach is what perpetuates our business cycle.
