Located in the heart of New York’s Greenwich Village, this is the first solo venture for chef Dan Kluger who is celebrated for his bright, balanced, vegetable-forward dishes.  Loring Place will debut a menu all its own, epitomizing the style of delicious, seasonal cooking that Kluger has become synonymous with. The menu, comprised of small and large shareable plates, will spotlight farms and farmers whom Kluger has gotten to know intimately over 20+ years of frequenting the Union Square Greenmarket. Kluger’s preparations are bold in spice and flavor but refined in execution, and his ability to create bites that simultaneously deliver notes of sweet, salty and sour is at the heart of his cooking. In addition, a large wood-burning grill and oven will play a prominent role in the menu.
