LP Operating LLC is a licensed operator with the Railroad Commission of Texas (#480178). LP Operating currently owns a subatantial lease position in a developmental drilling project that has been proven by a successful track record of producing every well drilled and recently amassed acreage in one of the fastest growing shale plays in the United Stated, which allows for future development of shallow resource reserves. LP Operating is the operator of both projects and controls 100% of daily operations.
