Located in Johnson City, Tennessee, we have two manufacturing facilities at our Twin Oaks and Eddie Williams locations. Combined we have over 450,000 square feet of hot tub, cold spa and swim spa manufacturing space!  Employee owned, manufacturer direct and all products are proudly made in the USA.

Our investment in these world-class facilities provides the platform from which we sell, build and ship ALL of our world class spa brands: Catalina Luxury Spas, Dr. Wellness Therapy Spas, Dr. Wellness Cold Series, Tuff Spas, Plug and Power Spas, and Hudson Bay Spas.  With 90+ Aqua Living retail stores and national distribution; we are the largest hot tub and swim spa manufacturer and factory direct retailer in the US.  All of our water products are sold online at www.hottub.com and throughout all of our US retail locations. 

In addition to our incredible water product brands, and in conjunction with our sister Companies; Whisper, Beast Carts and Sunco Tanning, we manufacturer (all within our US facilities, based in the Tri-Cities Tennessee are) and sell Luxury Golf Carts, Golf Cart Accessories and Tanning Beds.
