We charge a nominal $40 per month, $300 transaction fee. However, low fees do not mean low service. Luxury & Beach Realty offers monthly marketing initiatives, educational training and all the support you need to make your transactions go smoothly. 

Headquartered in downtown St. Petersburg, we also have offices in Naples, and Orlando. We are members of the Pinellas Realtor Organization, the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Realtor Association REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association.
