Lyse is a Norwegian energy and telecommunications group established in 1999, but with over 100 years of hydropower history. Our value creation is returned to society.

With our hydropower heritage, Lyse is one of the country's largest producers of renewable hydropower.

Nationally, we are now a leader in fiber-based broadband and the third largest provider of mobile services in Norway – under our brands Altibox and Ice.

In the Rogaland region, we also deliver district heating, district cooling, gas, and fast charging services – in addition to electricity, of course.

Our goal is to build and develop critical infrastructure that enables the electrification and digitalization of Norway. Our vision is to be more than just a company – for our customers, our owners, and our employees.

The group, headquartered in Stavanger, operates in Norway and Denmark and will have over 2,000 employees by 2024.
