For more than twenty-five years, the company has supported federal, state, county, and municipal agencies, as well as contractors, utility companies, and site developers in a broad range of road construction services.  These services include asphalt manufacturing, milling and grinding, asphalt overlay and maintenance programs, concrete flatwork and paving, streetscapes, and snow removal.  Established in 1985, the multi-generational company has grown into a diverse, multi-disciplined corporation providing quality services across the state of Maryland.

M Luis Construction is the parent company of M Luis Products, LLC, which is an asphalt producer located in Montgomery County, MD.  We are proud to be Women's Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Association (SBA), and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified.
