Maïsadour - Groupe Coopératif is a farming-focused food processing cooperative based in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. It operates through four divisions—an agricultural division handling grains, seeds, vegetables, and animal production; a fine foods division with items such as foie gras, jambon de Byonne, salmon, and caviar under noted labels; a poultry division overseeing slaughtering through to marketing; and a garden centre and mechanised agriculture division that includes garden centres and a central purchasing facility. In March 2024, it launched a recruitment campaign to attract new growers for the asparagus season in Landes.
