Machining Concepts is a precision machining company that specializes in production lot sizes ranging from 1 to 50,000. We are located in a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. We offer production turning and milling services with our late-model Mori-Seiki, Hardinge, Makino, Doosan and Tsugami machine tools. Our customers include the automotive, airline, electrical, medical, military, and off-road vehicle industries. In addition to machining copper, brass, aluminum, and carbon and stainless steels, we also have experience with gray-iron and zinc castings. Our work force is highly skilled, stable, and represents many years of experience. We are proud of our record of providing and maintaining high quality workmanship (in both product and service) to our customers. We accomplish this through a documented quality control system that is ISO 9001:2008 certified, and through the use of the latest technology in cutting tools and machine tools.
