In 2019, our founding owner, Mike Dalton (the MAD in MAD Energy NW) took a leap of faith and began building our company. Along with his wife, Hailey, he ran the company as salesman, electrician, project manager, and everything in between. Since then, the MAD Energy NW ownership team has grown to include Dickson Harding and Kevin Charap. Together, the MAD Energy NW owners have over 30 years of solar and electrical experience to provide our clients with the best possible experience regardless of the project.

While MAD Energy NW offers everything in the realm of electrical work, from the smallest troubleshoots to full service upgrades and home rewires, solar is our bread and butter. In addition to the experience Mike, Kevin, and Dickson bring to the table, we have hired a team of electricians and apprentices that also have experience with general electrical work as well as PV systems and stand by our standard of quality. 

As we enter our third year in business, our name remains fairly new but our experience remains top notch. We are more prepared now than ever to offer the very best quality, care, and precision down to the wire to all of our clients.
