Maiden Lane Studios is a boutique studio that provides our clients with high quality, personalized fitness instruction accompanied by appealing lifestyle services. Private and small sized Pilates, Barre, and body conditioning classes are taught by an elite group of instructors whose aim is to help each client understand the relationship between their movements and their bodies. Our comprehensive fitness offerings aim to build core strength, increase flexibility, create long lean muscles, and burn fat. We also offer supplementary nutrition and well-being guidance to deliver a holistic approach to a sound body, mind, and soul.
