Maloney Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc was established in September 1978 to offer mechanical, electrical and energy systems management engineering for corporate and governmental clients. Our experience record includes hospitals, schools, commissaries, manufacturing plants, museums and office buildings. We are committed to the owner and the project, endeavoring to meet the owner's expectations of performance and quality within the fiscal and time constraints of all projects. We maintain cordial and cooperative relationships with contractors to enable expeditious construction phases. We utilize state-of-the-art computing equipment with all projects completed through Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and the latest available software for design analysis and sub-system management providing us and the client with excellent and detailed records of the process and dynamics of each project's scope and completion. Cost estimation and quality control are paramount. Maloney Associates is staffed by experienced registered professional engineers holding degrees from major universities. We are registered in the states of Texas, Missouri, Arizona, and New York with reciprocal registrations in many others. One staff member is registered in the Philippines. Staff members are active in their respective professional associations as well as in continuing research and education. Key personnel have served as officers in their local organizations such as the American Society of Heating Air Conditioning and Ventilation Engineers, the Illuminating Engineers Society, and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers. Our full-time staff is augmented by gifted specialist in such fields as Fire Protection, Corrosion, Military Specifications, Cost Estimation, and other fields as needed. These Associates are registered professionals and act as independent sub-contractors on given projects.
