He began in construction at a very young age, working alongside his father, who worked as a skilled carpenter. Although Mike grew up working with his tools, and enjoys his own personal carpentry projects from time to time, Mike owns, manages and runs the company and is involved in the entire construction process from preliminary budgeting to final punch list.
